经查，深圳市施惠零铅工程慈善基金会存在未按照章程规定的宗旨和公益活动的业务范围进行活动、在填制会计凭证、登记会计账簿、编制财务会计报告中弄虚作假、不履行信息公布义务或者公布虚假信息等违法行为，违反了《基金会管理条例》第四条、第五条、第二十七条第一款、第二款、第三十二条的规定，现依据《基金会管理条例》第四十二条第一款第一项、第二项、第六项的规定，市民政局对该基金会作出撤销登记的行政处罚。
