经查，深圳武汉企业协会存在存在连续3年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十一条的规定，依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第（三）项的规定，深圳市民政局决定对该单位作出撤销登记的行政处罚。 二〇一三年九月十七日
