经查，深圳市企业信息化协会存在未按规定办理变更登记的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第二十条的规定，现依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条第一款第（四）项的规定，深圳市民政局决定对该单位作出限期停止活动三个月的行政处罚。 二〇一三年九月十七日
