经查，深圳市电科迅联软件技术研究中心存在2008、2009年连续两年以上未按规定参加民办非企业单位年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第（三）项的规定。日前，深圳市民政局对该单位依法予以撤销登记。 （供稿：执法监察处 李祥杰） 二〇一一年七月五日
