经查，深圳市罗虹美术馆存在未按规定参加民办非企业单位年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第（三）项的规定。日前，深圳市民政局责令该单位限期改正。 （供稿：执法监察处 李祥杰） 二〇一一年六月十三日
