经查，深圳市有害生物防治协会关于会员除名的决定，违反了《广东省行业协会条例》第二十二条第四款的规定，亦违反了该协会《章程》的规定，日前，深圳市民政局依据《广东省行业协会条例》第三十六条第一款的规定，责令该协会限期改正。 二〇一〇年十二月十五日
