经查，深圳市人才研究协会存在不按照规定办理年检及不按照章程规定开展活动的违法行为，违反了《社会团体登记管理条例》第十条、第三十条、第三十一条的规定。日前，深圳市民政局依据《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十三条的规定，责令该协会限期改正。 二〇一〇年十二月二十九日
