穗府〔2007〕41号关于沙河涌车陂涌猎德涌联合补水工程建设的通告 一、本工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的有关建设用地规划许可文件确定。 二、用地涉及的征地拆迁安置工作，由广州市道路扩建工程办公室依照国家、省和市有关法律法规规章的规定执行。 三、工程涉及的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合城市重点工程建设，不得进行抢种抢建，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、征地拆迁和施工工作。 四、违反本《通告》，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处理；使用暴力、威胁手段，触犯刑律的，移送司法机关依法追究刑事责任。 五、本通告自发布之日起施行，有效期5年。 广州市人民政府2007年11月11日 公开方式：主动公开
