穗府〔2006〕32号关于广深港铁路客运专线(广州段)工程建设的通告广深港铁路客运专线(以下简称广深港专线)是国家发展改革委批准立项，铁道部、广东省、广州市的重点工程项目，北起广州铁路新客站，南经番禺区沙湾镇、榄核镇、东涌镇和南沙区黄阁镇入东莞市，广州段全长约34公里，计划于2009年建成通车。为顺利开展广深港专线工程建设，现将有关事项通告如下：一、广深港专线(广州段)建设工程范围按规划行政主管部门核发的有关文件确定。二、广深港专线(广州段)建设工程涉及的征地拆迁工作，由番禺区、南沙区人民政府依照国家和地方有关法律、法规、规章和上级有关规定组织实施。三、广深港专线(广州段)建设工程范围内的单位和个人，应顾全大局，积极支持和配合该重点工程建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及征地拆迁工作。四、凡违反本《通告》，拒绝、阻挠国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处理；情节严重构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究法律责任。五、本《通告》自颁布之日起实施，有效期5年。 广州市人民政府2006年8月21日 公开方式：主动公开
