Notice on Issuing the Second Batch of Administrative Approval Items Cancelled by Guangzhou Municipal People's Government

This document announces the cancellation of 72 administrative approval items (including those changed to alternative management methods or transferred to industry associations/social intermediary agencies) by the Guangzhou Municipal Government, following the first batch cancelled in 2003, as part of reforms to implement the Administrative Licensing Law and transform government functions.

穗府〔2004〕29号印发广州市人民政府取消第二批行政审批项目的通知各区、县级市人民政府，市府直属各单位： 2003年7月，市政府决定取消第一批273项行政审批项目，并调整了20项行政审批项目的管理方式。此后，按照国务院《关于贯彻实施〈中华人民共和国行政许可法〉的通知》的要求，我市继续对其余的行政审批项目进行清理。经严格的审核论证，目前市政府决定取消第二批72项行政审批项目（含改变管理方式、移交行业协会或社会中介机构管理的项目）。 各级政府、各部门要认真做好有关行政审批项目取消和调整的落实工作，切实加强后续监管工作。要以贯彻实施《中华人民共和国行政许可法》为契机，加快深化行政管理体制改革，转变政府职能，规范行政权力和行为；不断更新观念，创新管理方式，全面推进依法行政。执行中发现的情况和问题，请及时向市法制办反映。 2004年7月14日 公开方式：主动公开
