穗府〔2003〕19号广州市人民政府关于国有企业改革转制中原划拨土地使用权处置原则问题的补充通知 鉴于市政府《关于加强国有企业改革转制中原划拨土地使用权管理的通知》（穗府〔２０００〕２５号）第一项第四款（“除按规定可保留划拨用地方式外，采取其他方式处置的，企业应委托广州市房地产估价管理所等Ａ级土地评估机构进行土地资产评估，出具土地资产评估报告，并报市以上国土部门审核确认”）的表述与国土资源部《关于改革土地估价结果确认和土地资产处置审批办法的通知》（国土资发〔2001〕44号）、《关于改革土地估价人员和机构监督管理方式的通知》（国土资发〔2002〕237号）的规定不符，现将该款修改为：“除按规定可保留划拨用地方式外，采用其他方式处置的，企业应委托有土地评估资质的机构进行资产评估，出具土地资产评估报告，并报市以上国土部门备案”。请遵照执行。 广州市人民政府2003年4月11日 公开方式：主动公开
