穗府规〔2018〕3号广州市人民政府关于第三批清理规范市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项的决定各区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：为贯彻落实国务院和省政府关于清理规范行政审批中介服务事项的精神，进一步深化行政审批制度改革，推进政府职能转变，市政府决定第三批清理规范50项市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项，不再作为行政审批的受理条件。各区、各部门要认真做好行政审批中介服务事项的清理规范工作，加快推进配套改革和制度建设，保障行政审批质量和效率。对政府部门在审批过程中委托开展的技术性服务活动，必须通过竞争方式选择服务机构，切实落实国家、省、市出台的服务经费保障措施。对涉及公共安全的行政审批事项，要在清理规范相关中介服务后，进一步强化监管措施，确保安全责任落实到位。附件：广州市人民政府决定第三批清理规范的市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项目录（共计50项）广州市人民政府2018年1月10日 公开方式：主动公开附件列表： 广州市人民政府关于第三批清理规范市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项的决定（附件）.doc
