穗府〔2008〕25号关于广州铁路枢纽新广州站配套设施工程建设的通告 广州铁路枢纽新广州站配套设施工程是国家重点建设项目的配套建设项目，位于番禺区钟村镇，计划在2009年底武广铁路客运专线和广州铁路枢纽新广州站建成通车前投入使用。现就工程建设的有关事项通告如下： 一、建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的建设用地规划许可等有关文件确定。 二、项目用地涉及的征地拆迁安置工作，由番禺区政府依照国家、省和市有关法律、法规、规章的规定组织实施。 三、建设范围内的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合国家建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及征地拆迁工作。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门依照有关治安管理处罚的法律规定处理;使用暴力、威胁手段，构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究刑事责任。五、本通告自颁布之日起施行，有效期3年。 广州市人民政府2008年7月30日 公开方式：主动公开
