穗府〔2011〕6号 关于废止部分市政府规范性文件的通知 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 为加强市政府规范性文件的管理，推进依法行政，市政府对《关于市政府行政规范性文件清理结果的通知》(穗府〔2009〕58号)中列入修改目录的市政府规范性文件进行了清理，决定对已经被新的法律、法规、规章、规范性文件所替代，或者已经不能适应行政管理需要的23件市政府规范性文件，予以废止。 本通知自发布之日起执行。 附件：决定废止的市政府行政规范性文件目录 广州市人民政府2011年4月28日 公开方式：主动公开 附件列表： 附件：决定废止的市政府行政规范性文件目录.docx
