穗府〔2009〕41号关于龙虎路和龙塘北路改造工程建设的通告 龙虎路和龙塘北路改造工程是2010年广州亚运会配套工程，选址位于白云区钟落潭镇，全长约3．4公里，计划于2010年6月建成通车。为顺利推进工程建设，现就有关事项通告如下： 一、工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的相关规划许可文件确定。 二、项目用地涉及的征地拆迁安置工作由白云区钟落潭镇政府依照国家、省和市有关征地拆迁的规定执行。 三、工程建设范围内的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合国家建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及征地拆迁工作。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安机关依照有关治安管理处罚的法律、法规规定处理;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。五、本通告自发布之日起施行，有效期1年。 广州市人民政府2009年8月12日 公开方式：主动公开
