穗府〔2009〕33号关于广珠铁路广州段工程建设的通告 广珠铁路是促进珠江三角洲一体化发展的重要建设项目，起于我市白云区江高镇江村编组站，止于珠海市高栏港，其广州段途经江高镇何布村、珠江村、大田村、江村村，长606公里，计划于2011年底建成开通运营。现就工程建设的有关事项通告如下： 一、工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的有关规划许可文件确定。 二、工程建设用地涉及的征地拆迁安置工作，由白云区人民政府依照国家、省、市征地拆迁安置有关规定执行。 三、工程建设范围内的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合该工程建设，不得阻挠工程建设的测量、钻探、征地拆迁和施工。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处理，构成犯罪的，移送司法机关依法追究刑事责任。五、本通告自发布之日起施行，有效期3年。 广州市人民政府2009年7月13日 公开方式：主动公开
