穗府〔2007〕31号关于国道主干线广州绕城公路南段工程建设的通告 一、本工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的建设用地规划许可等有关文件确定。 二、本工程涉及的征地拆迁安置工作，由番禺区政府依照国家、省、市有关规定组织实施。 三、本工程范围内的单位和个人，应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合国家重点项目的建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及征地拆迁工作。 四、违反本《通告》，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处理；使用暴力、威胁手段，构成犯罪的，由司法机关按照《中华人民共和国刑法》处理。 五、本通告自颁布之日起施行，有效期三年。 广州市人民政府2007年8月24日 公开方式：主动公开
