穗府〔2007〕20号关于花都区联邦快递转运中心周边市政道路工程建设的通告 花都区联邦快递转运中心周边市政道路工程全长约3．4公里，路宽60米，计划在2008年3月1日前建成通车。现就建设的有关事项通告如下： 一、该项目建设范同按规划行政主管部门核发的建设用地规划许可等有关文件确定。 二、该项目刚地涉及的征地拆迁安置利管线迁移工作，由花都区人民政府依照国家、省、市有关规定执行。 三、该项目范同内的单位和个人应顾全大局，积极支持并配合城市市政一程建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、征地拆迁移施工作。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门按照《中华人民共和国治安处罚法》处理；使用暴力、威胁方法，构成犯罪的，移送司法机关按照《中华人民共和国刑法》处理。五、本通告自颁布之日起施行，有效期5年。 广州市人民政府2007年6月14日 公开方式:主动公开
