穗府办〔2013〕33号广州市人民政府办公厅关于调整我市建设工程劳动保险金对应项目调剂操作办法的通知各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 为结合实际做好我市建设工程劳动保险金管理工作，经市人民政府同意，现对《转发市建委关于广州市建设工程劳动保险金管理办法的通知》(穗府办〔2009〕48号)第十五条规定进行调整，具体如下： 我市自2012年5月1日以后开工的建设项目，劳动保险金对应项目调剂的操作办法调整为：施工企业依照有关规定，在按建设项目为施工现场的从业人员购买建筑意外伤害保险后1年内，可携带相关凭证和劳动保险金银行账户资料向广州市建设宣传教育和建筑业劳保金管理中心(原广州市建筑行业劳动保险金管理委员会办公室)申请对应项目调剂。 本通知自印发之日起开始实施，有效期至2014年10月23日。 广州市人民政府办公厅2013年7月16日 公开方式：主动公开
