依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项至第十项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计对机动车驾驶证依法被吊销或驾驶许可依法初撤销的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。特此公告附件：机动车驾驶证依法吊销公告作废信息表深圳市公安局交通警察局车辆管理所 2019年11月7日
