依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项，有第一款第七项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计对超过机动车驾驶证有效期一年以上未换证的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。特此公告附件：驾驶证逾期一年以上未换证注销深圳市公安局交通警察局车辆管理所 2019年6月10日
