依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项，有第一款第十项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计对机动车驾驶证依法被吊销或者驾驶许可依法被撤销的，未收回机动车驾驶证的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 附件：2019年4月份机动车驾驶证注销公告作废信息表 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2019年4月26日
