深公交（通）〔2019〕15号 为确保2019央视春晚深圳分会场（市民中心）演出期间道路有序、安全、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条的规定，我局将对市民中心周边道路采取交通管制措施，具体如下： 一、2019年1月18日、19日及2月4日当天18时至24时，以下路段实施临时交通管制，除持有2019央视春晚深圳分会场工作车辆通行证或特种应急车辆外，禁止其他车辆驶入、停放。 （一）深南大道辅道（金田路至益田路段）东往西方向； （二）福中三路（金田路至益田路段）双方向路段； （三）福中路（金田路至益田路段）双方向路段。 二、2019年1月18日至2月5日，临时封闭福中三路（益田路至金田路段）西往东方向右侧车道，设为演出工程施工车辆临时停放点。 三、本通告自2019年1月18日至2月5日施行，凡违反本通告规定的，依照道路交通管理法律法规和相关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2019年1月17日
