This notice clarifies the types of technical personnel qualifications that enterprises can use when applying for security protection qualifications, specifying recognized certificates, training programs, and educational backgrounds, while excluding part-time and rehired personnel.

各有关单位: 接广东省公安厅安全技术防范管理办公室通知,《广东省安全技术防范管理实施办法操作细则》第五条规定的“参加从业人员技防技能培训合格的技术人员”的认定范围明确如下: 一、持有安防职业资格证书的人员。如:人力资源和社会保障部门颁发的《安全防范设计评估师》、《安全防范系统安装维护员》职业资格证书,虽然国家已取消这两项职业资格,但原已通过考核获得的证书依然有效,予以认可。 二、通过省级人力资源和社会保障部门批准组织的安全防范系统装调维修专项职业能力鉴定的人员予以认可。 三、通过省级以上民政部门核准成立的安全技术防范行业协会组织的安防从业人员技能培训,考核合格的人员予以认可。 四、国家认可的高等院校、职业技术院校开设的安全技术防范类专业毕业的人员予以认可。 《细则》实施后,企业中的兼职、返聘人员不再予以认可。 特此通知 深圳市公安局技术防范管理办公室 2018年3月6日
