2017年9月1日至2017年9月30日，共有在我局车辆管理所登记的大型汽车310辆、小型汽车852辆、外籍汽车12辆、挂车2辆、校车9辆（具体车号、车型等详见附件，可登录市公安交警局主页szjj.sz.gov.cn查询）已经达到强制报废标准，但未到我局车辆管理所办理注销登记。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九条第一款、《机动车登记工作规范》第三十四条等法律和国家关于机动车报废标准的规定，决定公告上述机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。 上述机动车从本公告发布之日起，仍上道路行驶的，我局将依法收缴，强制报废并予以处罚。 特此公告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局2017年10月31日
