依据公安部《道路交通安全法实施条例》第一百零三条及《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第八十八条的规定，申请人以欺骗、贿赂等不正当手段取得机动车驾驶证的，公安机关交通管理部门收缴机动车驾驶证，撤销机动车驾驶许可；申请人在三年内不得再次申领机动车驾驶证。经依法办理撤销后对未收回机动车驾驶证的，现决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2017年9月 27 日
