根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2018年欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下：一、收取情况根据市人大常委会《关于阶段性暂停征收欠薪保障费的决定》（深圳市第六届人民代表大会常务委员会公告第一〇六号），我市在2018年暂停征收欠薪保障费。二、垫付欠薪情况 2018年全市共使用欠薪保障基金向69家用人单位的4130名员工垫付欠薪3132.8万元。三、垫付欠薪追偿情况 2018年共追回垫付欠薪723.2万元。四、结余情况 2018年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为-2409.6万元。深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室 2019年3月25日
