根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2016年度欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下： 一、收入情况 2016年欠薪保障基金收入为13338.3万元。 二、垫付欠薪情况 2016年全市共使用欠薪保障基金向120家用人单位的3025名员工垫付欠薪1936.9万元。 三、垫付欠薪追偿情况 2016年度共追回当年及已往年度垫付欠薪739万元。 四、结余情况 2016年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为12140.4万元。 深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室 2017年3月30日
