根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2015年度欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下：一、收入情况 2015年欠薪保障基金收入为10985.6万元。二、垫付欠薪情况 2015年全市共使用欠薪保障基金向117家用人单位的8610名员工垫付欠薪5420.1万元。三、垫付欠薪追偿情况 2015年度共追回当年及已往年度垫付欠薪504.0万元。四、结余情况 2015年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为6069.5万元。深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室 2016年3月31日
