This notice publicizes 44 employers in Q4 2015 whose employees' wages were advanced by the municipal Wage Payment Security Fund due to wage arrears, and states that legal representatives or principals who have absconded will face credit system penalties or judicial action.

根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第二十二条规定，现将2015年第4季度拖欠员工工资并由我市各区人力资源部门启动了市欠薪保障基金垫付员工工资的44家用人单位情况予以通告。被通告的用人单位法定代表人或主要负责人隐匿或逃逸的，其姓名已由相关机构录入我市企业或个人信用征信系统，或将其欠薪逃匿案件移送司法部门。欠薪隐匿或逃逸的用人单位法定代表人或主要负责人应当主动到所在区（新区）人力资源部门依法接受处理。欢迎广大市民举报有关情况，举报电话：12333。附件:2015年第4季度被垫付欠薪用人单位情况深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 2016年1月11日
