根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第十三条规定，现将2011年度欠薪保障基金的收取、垫付、追偿及结余情况通告如下：一、收入情况 2011年欠薪保障基金收入为5434万元。二、垫付欠薪情况 2011年全市共使用欠薪保障基金向60家用人单位的6196名员工垫付欠薪3107万元。三、垫付欠薪追偿情况 2011年度共追回当年及已往年度垫付欠薪994万元。四、结余情况 2011年度欠薪保障基金当年结余为3321万元。深圳市欠薪保障基金委员会办公室二〇一二年一月六日
