各有关单位: 按照广东省工伤保险基金省级统筹有关要求,根据《广东省工伤保险条例》和《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》(深圳市人民政府令第305号)相关规定,经研究,决定自2019年8月30日起废止《深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 深圳市财政委员会关于调整工伤保险住院伙食补助费市外就医交通费和食宿费支付标准的通知》(深人社规〔2015〕6号)。 特此通知。 深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 深圳市财政局 2019年8月8日
