深卫人发〔2009〕133号 各区卫生局，光明、坪山新区公共事业局，各有关医疗卫生单位： 为进一步落实深圳市中医药“十一五”规划，实施中医“三名”战略，推进深圳市医疗机构“放心中药房”建设。我委决定对被评审为深圳市医疗机构“放心中药房”的深圳市中医院等26个放心中药房下拨专项经费（见附件）。请各单位实行专款专用，统筹管理。各区卫生局及所在单位按1：1以上比例匹配专项经费用于中药设施的配备和改善中药人员的工作环境。 二〇〇九年十一月十二日
