近日，中共揭阳市委邀请揭阳市各民主党派、工商联、无党派代表人士和人民团体负责人举行民主协商会，共商拟提交揭阳市第六届人民代表大会第八次会议选举的市人大常委会主任、市人民政府市长候选人建议人选。 会上，市委常委、组织部部长王绍乐就拟提交市六届人大八次会议选举的市人大常委会主任、市人民政府市长候选人人选情况作了说明。与会人士进行了认真的协商，充分发表意见，取得共识，一致赞成揭阳市委提出的各项候选人人选名单。 市领导秦雯、李健、陈奇春、吴少珍以及市直有关方面负责同志出席会议。
