6月19日下午，市六届人大八次会议闭幕后，组织举行新当选国家工作人员向宪法宣誓仪式。新当选的市人大常委会主任王胜、市人民政府市长支光南分别向宪法宣誓。 根据有关规定，市人民代表大会选举的国家工作人员，依照法定程序产生后进行宪法宣誓。本次宣誓的形式为单独宣誓。市委书记、市人大常委会主任王胜首先进行了宣誓，市人大常委会副主任陈定雄主持宣誓仪式。随后，市委书记、市人大常委会主任王胜主持宣誓仪式，市委副书记、市长支光南进行宣誓。 市人大常委会组成人员参加宣誓仪式。
