○本报讯 记者 杨宝如 通讯员 宋雨婷 近日，中共河源市非公有制经济组织委员会第二次代表大会召开。会议要求，要强化理论武装，坚持不懈用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂。要聚焦“两个覆盖”，促进非公党建工作提质增效，开展非公党建工作提质行动，加强对企业出资人的教育引导，深入实施“头雁”培养工程。要推动作用发挥，强化党建引领服务高质量发展，聚焦“高质量党建推动高质量发展”主题，推动非公经济领域党组织和党员在坚持制造业当家、“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”、绿美河源生态建设等重大任务中发挥作用，奋力谱写新时代我市非公党建工作新篇章，为我市高质量发展作出更大贡献。
