Announcement on the Transfer of Collection and Management Responsibilities for Locally Established Non-Tax Revenue Items

This document transfers the collection and management responsibility for the 'Excess Water Fee for Over-Quota/Over-Plan Usage' from the Shenzhen Water Bureau to the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration, effective January 1, 2019, as part of national tax system reforms.

为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于国税地税征管体制改革的决策部署，按照国务院办公厅关于稳妥有序做好非税收入征管职责划转工作的有关要求，根据《深圳市人民政府关于明确市级设立非税收入项目征管职责划转范围的批复》（深府函〔2018〕509号）的相关规定，自2019年1月1日起我市设立的非税收入项目“超计划超定额加价水费”的征收管理职责由深圳市水务局划转至国家税务总局深圳市税务局。划转后该项目的征收范围、对象和标准以及缴费人的缴款方式仍按照现行规定执行。 特此公告。 深圳市财政委员会 国家税务总局深圳市税务局 深圳市水务局 2018年12月21日
