深发改〔2009〕2112号各有关单位： 2007年我市发布了《深圳市物价局、深圳市国土资源和房产管理局关于印发我市住宅物业服务收费指导标准的通知》（深价规【2007】1号），有效期2年。鉴于我市住宅物业服务收费指导标准调整方案尚未确定，经研究，决定适当延长深价规【2007】1号文的有效期，延至我市新的住宅物业服务收费指导标准实施之日为止。特此通知。深圳市发展和改革委员会深圳市住房和建设局二〇〇九年十一月二十三日
