2013年7月30日白天截至下午5时，我省共有24个市县录得超过35℃以上的高温，韶关乳源录得全省最高气温36.1℃。全省共有69个市县发布高温黄色预警信号。 受副热带高压脊影响，7月30日我省大部分市县以多云为主，西南部及中部地区出现了分散性雷阵雨。白天最高气温一连两日有所升高。省气象台预计，31日白天，我省继续受副高脊影响，中北部仍有35℃左右高温，珠三角南部和粤东多云转（雷）阵雨局部大雨，其余地区多云，有分散（雷）阵雨。
