（2009年7月19日）今年第6号热带风暴 “莫拉菲”于19日0时50分在深圳南澳沿海地区登陆，登陆时最大风力38米\/秒（13级）。市气象台于今日8时45分发布台风蓝色预警信号，并可能于18日14时前后升级为台风黄色预警信号。新区三防指挥部于9时启动Ⅳ级防风应急响应，受热带风暴影响，新区从18时起风力将逐渐增大，风力7-8级，阵风9级。
