本工业园坐落于深圳市光明新区高新园区内，设计为高新科技工业园。工业园总建筑面积6万多平方米。厂房A；B栋单层1475平方，整栋面积11800平方；C；D栋单层面积1537.5平方，整栋面积12300平方；E栋单层面积595平方，整栋面积4750平方。厂房均为8层设计。每栋配有2部变频电梯。厂房车间配备消防喷淋和自动烟感系统。厂房1楼高6米。二楼上高4.5米。园区有配套宿舍（员工宿舍和高级宿舍）及综合楼。厂房交通便利。
