本报讯 记者 谭绍丁 冯晓铭 1月31日上午9时，河源市第八届人民代表大会第五次会议在市会议中心开幕。市委书记、市人大常委会主任、大会主席团常务主席、本次大会执行主席何国森主持会议并宣布大会开幕。市委副书记、市长李勇平向大会作政府工作报告。 会议还将听取和审议市人大常委会工作报告、市中级人民法院工作报告、市人民检察院工作报告；审查和批准河源市2023年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2024年计划草案的报告及2024年国民经济和社会发展计划草案、河源市2023年预算执行情况和2024年预算草案的报告及2024年预算草案；审议市人民政府关于2024年河源市民生实事候选项目的报告，表决民生实事项目表决办法草案。
