经查，深圳市黄东福慈善基金会(统一代码：53440300MJL1850656)存在未依法报送2018年年度工作报告的违法行为。违反了《中华人民共和国慈善法》第十三条的规定。依据《中华人民共和国慈善法》第九十九条第一款第（六）项的规定，2020年1月2日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2020〕第001号）,给予深圳市黄东福慈善基金会警告的行政处罚,并责令其改正相关违法违规行为。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2020年1月6日
