○本报讯 记者 梁驱远 昨日下午，市八届人大七次会议主席团第一次、第二次会议在市会议中心举行。 受市委书记，市人大常委会党组书记、主任何国森委托，大会主席团成员、市人大常委会副主任骆超主持会议。 主席团第一次会议推选了主席团常务主席、大会全体会议执行主席；决定了大会副秘书长；决定了会议日程及大会表决议案办法；决定了代表提出质询案或询问的有关事项及代表提出议案的截止时间；决定将大会选举办法草案、民生实事项目表决办法草案交各代表团审议。 主席团第二次会议在听取各代表团的审议情况后，决定将选举办法草案、民生实事项目表决办法草案提请大会全体会议表决。
