市属有关部门: 为促进我市城区汽车及零配件专业市场规范、有序发展,特提出如下意见: 一、由经贸局牵头,会同规划、工商等部门制定城区汽车及零配件专业市场规划。今后按规划引导城区新办的汽车及零配件销售商户进入专业市场经营。 二、对城区内现有的汽车及零配件商户,按中府[2000]78号文的规定,属临时性且使用期满或城市建设需要拆除的,规划部门不予延期,工商部门不予年审,引导其搬迁到专业市场经营。 三、对中山汽车贸易城内的商户,在政策许可的条件下,由税务、工商等部门给予税费优惠。 四、鼓励政府职能部门及金融机构进入汽车贸易城设点,提供优质服务,提高办事效率。二OO二年四月八日
