22日上午，市政协召开常委会会议。会议由市政协主席崔建军主持。 会议审议本次会议选举办法（草案）及选举大会总监票员、监票员建议名单；听取中共揭阳市委关于政协第七届揭阳市委员会常务委员会部分组成人员候选人提名情况说明；酝酿协商政协第七届揭阳市委员会常务委员会部分组成人员候选人建议名单。 市政协副主席袁文键、陈奇春、吴少珍、江少明、陈锐彬、林春霖、柯东风和秘书长李丽曼等出席会议。
