贯彻落实《中华人民共和国人民防空法》，检验我市防空警报系统的性能和效果，使广大市民了解、熟悉防空警报信号规定，增强国防观念和人防意识，市政府决定进行防空警报试鸣，现就有关事项通告如下： 一、防空警报试鸣时间定于2009年11月 19日（星期四）上午10时00分至10时15分，地点在本市火炬区、石岐区、东区、南区、西区、五桂山。 二、预先警报：试鸣时间为10时00分至10时03分。方式为三长声，鸣36秒，停24秒，持续3分钟。 三、空袭警报：试鸣时间为10时06分至10时09分。方式为连续短声，鸣6秒，停6秒，持续3分钟。 四、解除警报：试鸣时间为10时12分至10时15分。方式为一长声，持续3分钟。 五、防空警报试鸣期间，全市生产、学习、生活及一切社会活动照常进行。中山市人民政府 二○○九年十月二十八日
