各区人民政府，市政府直属各单位： 2015年2月2日，财政部印发《关于废止部分规章和规范性文件的决定》（财政部令第77号），废止了《外商投资企业财政登记管理办法》（财政部财工字〔1996〕126号）和《财政部办公厅关于进一步加强外商投资企业财政登记管理工作有关问题的通知》（财办企〔2002〕166号）。鉴此，经市政府研究，现决定废止《深圳市外商投资企业财政登记管理办法》（深府办〔1997〕96号）。本通知自公布之日起施行。深圳市人民政府办公厅 2015年7月9日
