This notice clarifies that, following the national tax authority restructuring, the duties and work originally assigned to the former Shenzhen State Tax Bureau and Shenzhen Local Tax Bureau in relevant government regulations and normative documents shall be undertaken by the newly merged State Taxation Administration Shenzhen Municipal Tax Bureau until those documents are amended or repealed.

各区人民政府，市政府直属各单位：根据《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于国务院机构改革涉及法律规定的行政机关职责调整问题的决定》《国务院关于国务院机构改革涉及行政法规规定的行政机关职责调整问题的决定》（国发〔2018〕17号）精神，现将我市涉税政府规章、规范性文件的实施主体明确如下：本市有关政府规章及规范性文件规定的由原深圳市国家税务局、原深圳市地方税务局承担的职责和工作，在上述政府规章、规范性文件修改或者废止前，由合并后的国家税务总局深圳市税务局承担。深圳市人民政府 2018年6月25日
