Notice of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government on Clarifying the Implementing Entities of Tax-Related Regulations and Regulatory Documents

This notice clarifies that, following the merger of the former Shenzhen Municipal State Tax Bureau and the former Shenzhen Municipal Local Tax Bureau, all responsibilities and work assigned to them under existing tax-related government regulations and regulatory documents shall be assumed by the newly merged Shenzhen Municipal Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration until those documents are amended or repealed.
