This announcement informs the public that the vehicle management office will cancel the highest permitted driving license class for holders of large vehicle licenses under specified circumstances, such as causing a fatal accident with equal or greater responsibility, accumulating 12 penalty points in one cycle, or failing to undergo three consecutive periodic reviews.

依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十八条之规定，持有大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车驾驶证的驾驶人有下列情形之一的，车辆管理所应当注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格，并通知机动车驾驶人在三十日内办理降级换证业务： （一）发生交通事故造成人员死亡，承担同等以上责任，未构成犯罪的； （二）在一个记分周期内有记满12分记录的； （三）连续三个记分周期不参加审验的。 机动车驾驶人在规定时间内未办理降级换证业务的，车辆管理所应当公告注销的准驾车型驾驶资格作废。现公告下列机动车驾驶证准驾车型驾驶资格作废。 附件: 1.机动车驾驶证AB证满分注销公告表 2.机动车驾驶证AB证死亡事故同等以上责任注销 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2020年7月7日
